Diedrich's superb drum style coffee roasters and coffee roasting accessories have now been handled by Appliance Maintenance Company for over five years. All models are available in either LPG or Natural Gas versions, and come with Australian spec gas and electric controls.

The "IR" series of premium in-store roasters are available in 3, 7, 12 or 24kg sizes featuring Diedrich's unique infa-red burners and internal chaff collectors. They are the cleanest burning and most fuel efficient roasters on the market, and offer the widest roasting range available. (IR12 pictured top left).

The "VR" series of economical in-store roasters are available in 5, 15 and 30kg sizes, and feature atmospheric burners and internal chaff collectors. (VR5 pictured top right).

COFFEE GRINDING EQUIPMENT

Appliance Maintenance Company has proudly represented the Swiss-made Ditting range of commercial coffee grinders in Australia for 20 years. All models are generally available ex stock, are backed by a full twelve months parts and labour warranty, and feature Ditting’s precision grinding discs which can be resharpened up to three times.

Ditting offer a range of 240V coffee grinders for direct into the retail bag grinding, with models that will grind down to Turkish fine at rates from 450 - 1400 grams per minute. KR models are fitted with optional bag shakers. (KR804 pictured left & KF1203 pictured right).

Ditting offer a range of 415V coffee grinders for industrial applications that are rated for continuous operation and will grind down to Turkish fine. The #1403 models will grind at 2200 grams per minute and can be fitted with a 10kg hopper and extended exit nozzle (as shown left), whilst the KF1800 (pictured right) comes standard with an extended exit nozzle and a massive 30kg hopper and will grind at rates up to 6000 grams per minute.

Ditting's impressive KDS coffee dosing device (pictured left) will display and then blend, dose and grind beans from it's six 6kg hoppers direct into the retail bag at the touch of a screen.

New from Ditting is the superb KE640 grind on demand dosing espresso grinder (pictured right) which lets baristas accurately grind either a single or double dose of freshly ground coffee directly into their portafilter.

For 20 years Actionpac have supplied the ME1094 net weight bag filling scale (pictured top left) to the global coffee & tea industry and it is the simplest, most accurate, and economical way to reduce labour costs and wastage, whilst greatly improving productivity and profits. Simply fill the hopper with your product, select a pre-programmed target weight, and the scale delivers the correct weight of product directly into a hand held bag. No more manually scooping product into an empty bag sitting on a scale!

Apart from the ME1094 Actionpac specialise in using hi precision net weight linear weighing technology to produce an impressive range of modular and expandable packaging equipment to suit any powder, dry particulate or parts counting packaging application. Appliance Maintenance Company are pleased to announce that the have recently sourced the quality Hana range of economical yet reliable bag sealing machines made in Korea.

We have worked with Hana to come up with pedestal type impulse bag sealers (pictured left) which are specially made for the coffee industry with twin heating elements which will make short work of even the thickest side-gusseted coffee bag. They feature adjustable heating times and closing pressure, and come in either foot operated or semi-automatic models.

Hana also offer rotary band sealers (pictured right) which are the quickest and most efficient way to ramp up your production outputs. Simply fill your bag, feed it into one end of the rotary sealer, and it is quickly and securely sealed and dropped out the other end of the sealer. Fully adjustable controls let you set up your rotary band sealer to suit any type of bag in minutes.
